ATALANTE 2020 – CANCELLED

Organised by the French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission (CEA), the ATALANTE Conference provides an international forum for presentations and discussions on advances for future fuel cycles and waste management. Previous editions took place in Avignon (2000), Nîmes (2004) and Montpellier (2008, 2012, 2016).
SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT
The 2020 edition will include plenary, technical and poster sessions. Technical sessions will include invited and contributed talks. Contributed talks will be limited to 20 minutes including discussion. Authors must submit abstracts and papers online before 15 December 2019. Abstracts must be limited to 2500 characters including spaces on one single page, using a dedicated template. Oral and poster presentations are invited on subjects and issues that cover almost all the fields of the nuclear chemistry related to the nuclear fuel cycles:
- Actinide and fission product chemistry
- Uranium ore processing and purification
- Actinide separation
- Pyrochemistry and chemistry for molten salt reactor fuel cycle
- Actinide material
- Waste conditioning and long-term evolution
- Geological repository nuclear chemistry
- Safeguards and analytical developments
PROCEEDINGS
A maximum of 100 abstracts will be selected by the Program Committee (Chairman: Stéphane Bourg, CEA) for full paper submission. These full papers will be published in an online dedicated issue (AIP), well referenced in databases. These proceedings will be published by the end of December 2020. Full papers can only be accepted and published when at least one of the authors is registered to attend the conference.
